There aren't enough of thank you's I can say to tina. From the moment I spoke to her she held my hand and walk me through the home buying process. From start to finish!!!! She explained everything in detailed and wasn't pushy, or annoyed by my 100 million questions I had asked her. We had a overall good experience with Liberty Mortgage. We were pre-approved and completed the final loan all with them. There were many hoops to jump through because of credit situation and some income being from self-employment. All were handled and completed and when my credit was increased, our loan interest rate was lowered a whole point! They were able to get us very low closing costs with our FHA loan and overall was a very good experience and our loan officer was very nice and professional.

Kate was so detail oriented and thorough she had everything done so promptly and had all my worries put to rest she was always available to talk and listen to my concerns . She met all my needs and got me the best loan and rates !

During the most stressful time of my life, as a first home buyer, Kate's authority and communication throughout the process put me at ease. Without her, I am confident this loan would have taken at least a month longer. She was very thorough and organized, ensuring we exceeded our deadlines, despite every possible scenario working against us with a difficult type of loan. I would highly recommend Terry Keith to anyone looking to purchase a home! He made our buying experience enjoyable and stress-free! He’s very positive, knowledgeable and thorough! Buying a home can sometimes be a scary experience but we are so thankful that Terry helped us through it! We are both self-employed.
