Kate is the broker you are looking for! She is incredibly knowledgable, passionate and expedititious. Kate is a fellow REI, and looks out for each of her clients individually. She was willing to answer all of our specific / nit-picky questions, she gave pertinent insight into the current lending/real estate market and always did so with a smile!
