He is willing to understand your situation and willing to go the extra mile to help you get the home of your dream. You can contact him day and night ,I don't matter . My relationship with Michael continues! I wrote a review for him when we had a previous situation back in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. We were able to close on-time, with a rate at or lower than quoted initially, with money at the closing table at or less than expected. Korey was very patient with me. Always got back to me quickly if he couldnt answer me right away. He kept me in the loop through every step. Very responsive to my questions. Would highly recommend him.
Korey was great to work with from the start. Any questions we had were answered right away and in a way I could understand. The online portal made it easy to provide documents and see where we were at in the process.
