As a first time home buyer in this crazy market Steve made it so smooth and as easy as possible for me. He was very informative and always there at any time to answer questions when they came up. Step by step he made sure I knew and understood exactly what was going to happen and what I had to do along the way. I would recommend him to anyone. He was patient and explained everything in detail. He answered every question and walked me through the process. I didn't feel overwhelmed. He was like a friend, easy to talk to. He even took time out on his vacation with his family to talk to me.

I had the priveledge to work with an outstanding lending agent! Garret was willing to to anything he could to get me my home. He spent all day and night grinding to make the loan work and i could not have been blessed with a better agent. For anyone looking to buy a home, Garret is the best there is to get you in there!!

Never been through the home-buying process but I’ve heard stories and expected this process to be a headache. However, Ryan was amazing from the moment we first spoke. Didn’t think I’d get pre-approval, and actually didn’t initially but he continued to follow up with me until I got there!
