I went through Ryan while buying my first home earlier this month. As a rookie in the mortgage category, Ryan was detailed and patient with me to ensure that I was not only taken care of, but consulted with throughout the entire process. Kate made the whole experience fast and easy. She is proactive and helpful, and laid out multiple options and did a lot of extra work to make sure we got the loan that was right for us. I really am impressed, and I couldn't imagine it going any better. My only regret is I didn't do this last year...I'm thinking to myself: why on earth was I avoiding this process?! Thank you Kate!

She was prompt and fast when asking me for my information and getting me my pre approval letter. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. She needs a raise!!
