I've been working with Derek Kolick at Liberty Home Mortgage, and he has made this process so easy. He has been crystal clear on expectations, patient with my questions, and has made this mortgage process much easier than my one with another company many years ago. My only note for Liberty overall (not Derek) would be navigating two different computer systems is confusing, and I would encourage using e-sign as much as possible.

I was in the process of refinancing my house, and after talking to multiple different lenders I found that Cody was by far the most honest, thorough, and considerate person that I talked to. He always responded in a timely manner and made the process proceed seamlessly.
