Kelly Ann is a BOSS! She comes out of the gate ready to get you reapproved and all of your documents in so they can be reviewed quickly. I began working with Chris in early September 2022, after finding a condo I wanted, within 20 days I closed and had moved in. This guy's work ethic is off the charts, I couldn't believe how easy, fast and effortless he made me feel during this stressful time. I wouldn't EVER worked with anyone else when purchasing. I would get texts, phone calls and emails almost daily with updates. Anytime I had any questions he gave me direct and clear answers.
David was awesome! We had a lot of pain on the butt things going on and he was highly knowledgeable on how to fix them! He was very patient and kind to me when I got very frustrated with things!
