I have done several deals with Kate and I will do many many more.

This is my second or third time working with Kate and as always, she goes above and beyond for her clients. Every loan we've worked on together has been pretty difficult and I'd never trust anyone else with the amount of organization and detail it takes to get these pushed through; especially in the timely fashion she provides. She is patient with her clients and assertive with third parties to get it done! Would never recommend anyone else.

My husband and I were referred to Chris from our realtor after an extremely bad experience with Huntington Bank. From the moment i spoke to chris he was simply amazing. Tom is the man i got the run around with a different lender tom got me approval fast and was on top of it as a first time buyer he walked us through the process explaining everything and anything i asked even called or answered calls on the weekend he always let me know what i needed before underwriting requested it so everything went super smooth and fast he is hands down the easiest person to work with when it comes to financing i highly recommend him

Cole was so great to work with, I couldn’t be happier with my loan. I had a very difficult situation with a divorce in progress & requiring an FHA loan. Cole walked me through each step and ensured closing went extremely smooth (in and out in less than 1 hour). We were even able to close 3 days early. I defiantly recommend him and will call him again if I need a new loan.
