Jess went above and beyond all of our expectations as we purchased a fixer-upper second home for retirement. She answered every text and email quickly and with grace, and there were a lot of them. She worked to our advantage every step of the way. My wife and I could not be happier with the way Jess handled our loan and celebrated our purchase! I will recommend her to any and everyone who wants to buy a house.

There are so many great things I can say starting from the beginning to the end. Leland was absolutely the best! As a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better lender. Leland was patient, diligent, transparent, positive and very knowledgeable. He was consistent with me throughout the whole process. I trusted Leland to seal the deal and he did exactly that (even closed early). He handled my loan case with tenacity and ease. Since this was such a memorable experience, Leland will forever have me as a customer.
Kelly was always available and timely in explaining any questions that came up- dealing with all the documentation felt easy with her system and her and her team were always on top of it. I have zero complaints, I had an excellent experience working with Kelly and her team. As a first time home buyer I felt taken care of and guided along the way. Kelly helped me close on a difficult home that went on for months and was happy to help the entire time from point A-to-Z. I would recommend this lender
Helped us to reach the cash to close cost down a lot!!! It was very helpful!! If one thing for sure as a new home buyer… low cash to close amount is the most helpful through this whole process!!
