I know everyone's experience with buying a home varies from person to person. Luckily that wasn't the case for me. Within weeks of obtaining a pre-approval, I became a first-time homeowner. Aerian Brannon was my loan officer and was excellent. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and committed to helping me with this process.

Thomas was wonderful to work with! It was our first time buying a house, and Thomas made the daunting process of getting a loan feel easy. He was quick, informative and patient with all of our questions. Would highly recommend him for anyone in need of a mortgage loan!

Tom is the man i got the run around with a different lender tom got me approval fast and was on top of it as a first time buyer he walked us through the process explaining everything and anything i asked even called or answered calls on the weekend he always let me know what i needed before underwriting requested it so everything went super smooth and fast he is hands down the easiest person to work with when it comes to financing i highly recommend him

Cole was so great to work with, I couldn’t be happier with my loan. I had a very difficult situation with a divorce in progress & requiring an FHA loan. Cole walked me through each step and ensured closing went extremely smooth (in and out in less than 1 hour). We were even able to close 3 days early. I defiantly recommend him and will call him again if I need a new loan.

Couldn’t ask for a better lender. Went above and beyond to explain every part of the many question I had for him daily. Always on top of things and got back with me tentatively. Would send anyone I know looking for a lender to Cole.

I'm going to start with I'm self-employed and work for my self . I had doubt and was little worried about what all it would take to become a home owner. Rob Dawson changed all of that once I contacted him and started the application. Rob was there every step of the way to he help me figure out what I needed and help me get the right stuff together . At first I was bummed because I was told I didn't qualify for a home loan. My friend reffered me to Rob at Liberty Mortgage, and he got me pre-approved that same day! From the moment we made contact, he was with me every step of the way. He set me up with an awesome realtor, helped me through the offering process and answered every question efficiently and quickly. He also did alot of reassuring and told me "Don't worry, I got you".
