Korey is knowledgeable, efficient, and sooo helpful. We have used his services to buy a home in March 2020, refinance that home in Jan. 2021, and buy another home in March 2022. And we are about to recast that loan. Each time Korey explained the process and answered my questions without making me feel dumb. He gave me some good financial advice. He got us a preapproval letter in minutes so we could make an offer in Feb. 2022, and then had us ready to close in 3 weeks. I recommend Korey 100% for home loans.

Steve was incredible to work with. He was always extremely responsive, and really easy to work with. He was honest and fair with me throughout the entirety of the experience. We even had really difficult sellers, but Steve was willing to go to bat for me and closed under 21 days. 110% of the time would I refer him to someone else. He made what could've been a nightmare situation, a breeze.

When you think of mortgages you think of a mind numbing never ending process. That is not the case with Steve. He was organized quick to respond and was knowledgeable every step of the way. He never hesitated to answer his phone even on the weekends and because of his hard work we were ready to close a week early. I would trust him with any of my business in the future. Great job!
