I know everyone's experience with buying a home varies from person to person. Luckily that wasn't the case for me. Within weeks of obtaining a pre-approval, I became a first-time homeowner. Aerian Brannon was my loan officer and was excellent. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and committed to helping me with this process.

Tom is the man i got the run around with a different lender tom got me approval fast and was on top of it as a first time buyer he walked us through the process explaining everything and anything i asked even called or answered calls on the weekend he always let me know what i needed before underwriting requested it so everything went super smooth and fast he is hands down the easiest person to work with when it comes to financing i highly recommend him
Cole was so great to work with, I couldn’t be happier with my loan. I had a very difficult situation with a divorce in progress & requiring an FHA loan. Cole walked me through each step and ensured closing went extremely smooth (in and out in less than 1 hour). We were even able to close 3 days early. I defiantly recommend him and will call him again if I need a new loan.
