Joe was professional, reliable, and extremely helpful! He was recommended by our realtor who we very much trusted. Steven was very helpful in walking and teaching me how to do all the documentation and submitting everything he needed to help me throughout the buying of my first home. He took the time to assure me that I could & did things right. He always got back with me at a reasonable time when any questions I may have had. Can’t say enough good about Joe… He was there for every step of the process and never left us with unanswered questions and we had A LOT of questions… We even had a set back and the loan was put on hold for 2 weeks and we closed on time… If you want a difficult process to be relaxed and easy then Joe’s your guy….
