Joe was a godsend and so amazing to work with. He responded to all of my questions (and there were A LOT) usually in less than 5 minutes. There were a few times when we thought it was all going to fall apart, but Joe worked tirelessly to close our loan. The whole process was stressful, but only due to one issue on our end- Joe could not have made it any easier. He was wonderful at keeping me calm, informed, and once we got what he needed, we were set to close in 24 hours. I would high recommend Joe to anyone!

Aerian was always responsive and extremely helpful. This was my first home purchasing experience and I could not have done it without him! He always laid out expectations clearly and was able and willing to walk through any questions I asked. Out of everyone I worked with in the homebuying process he is my MVP. I plan on using him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

This is my second home purchase. Mr. Kerrigan stayed true to his word from start to end. Only thing changed was the interest rate he first quoted me. It ended up being cheaper. Will recommend him to anyone in the market looking to purchase a home. Thank you Thomas. What a great experience.

We were definitely one of the lucky ones. And it's all thanks to Leland. We have been trying to buy a home for the last 4 years. Within 2 months of getting our pre approval letter we found a house and Leland made it happen. He was with us every step of the way and always available to answer questions. He was very kind and courteous. He never made us feel bad about asking questions and always answered them in a timely manner. We would recommend Leland to anyone who is interested in buying a home he makes dreams happen.

Working with Justin really made this entire process seamless. I’ll be honest getting pre-approved required quite a bit of paperwork but once we were pre approved the process really was as simple as finding a home, providing a bit more paperwork and closing. I really appreciated that regardless if we texted Justin Friday evening or Wednesday morning he was prompt to provide answers and took the time to make sure we understood our loan product. I would definitely recommend using Justin to make your mortgage process smooth.

David was an absolute Star. He navigated the whole process for us flawlessly. He presented us with our best options and worked them to great results. We were able to get our house in a very tough market due to the hard work he put in for us. I can't imagine anybody doing better job.
