We have had a very rocky search and numerous contracts that had to be cancelled. He was always responsive, positive, did not complain about the paperwork redos, and always wanted best for us and not just to close the loan. We were never treated like a number and he always answered our many questions. Even when he didn't know, he got the answers for us.
