Chris helped me out in a situation where I had to meet a strict deadline in order to close on my house. He immediately agreed to take on this project knowing the time crunch and worked through everything so quickly so that I could close on time. I am so appreciative for his promptness and willingness to help me!
My Fiancé and I were first time home buyers, and Chris couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with. He walked us through each and every step, and answered every question we had. Throughout the entire process we truly felt as though we were working with a personal friend. He was always available to be reached via text or by phone and made us feel as though we were his only clients. I've been working with Derek Kolick at Liberty Home Mortgage, and he has made this process so easy. He has been crystal clear on expectations, patient with my questions, and has made this mortgage process much easier than my one with another company many years ago. My only note for Liberty overall (not Derek) would be navigating two different computer systems is confusing, and I would encourage using e-sign as much as possible.
Kelly was super responsive and quick to move my loan through the process. She answered any questions I had and helped me the entire time. Highly recommend!
