David is awesome!! We were first time home buyers in a sellers market and in a pandemic. David made the process so smooth, he made sure my documents were continuously updated and there were no delays and we closed on our home in less than 45 days! Our lender was AMAZING! she helped us with everything we needed and even went out of her way to make sure we got the best rate on our loan. The rates and closing cost didn’t came out as I was expecting, but my score was not helping either. One thing I tell for sure, Dominic helps was crucial to get this done. He made everything possible to get my loan approved.
