Liberty HM was very professional and helped answer all my questions (first time home buyer). Very personable staff were helpful and prompt, even during off-hours! These guys were much more transparent and knowledgable than some of the larger loan companies.

This transaction was not easy to say the least!! However, the communication, professional, and knowledge that Grayson exhibited was key to this transaction closing. I learned something valuable every time I talked to him, he took the time to explain things to me at length. Not to mention the humor and patience that would break up a stressful situation. Grayson was outstanding to work with and I can't wait to do it all over again...

Every step and turn, Steven was there and always had answers. He would check up on me throughout the process and is efficiently predicted any need i would have. 100% couldn't have had a smoother time during such a major step like buying a house.

I started my journey with Grayson in Jan 2020. He walked me thru the process of getting my score where I needed it first. Soon as I got it where he wanted I received my preapproval letter. Then the fun began I found my home within weeks. We had a long hard journey but I’m in my home thanks to Grayson’s dedication!!!!
