I've been working with Dominic since the beginning of this year to get into a home. I had so many complications because of this crazy market. I actually gave up at one point and nearly lost my home due to some unforeseen issues but because of Dominic I was able to successfully close on my very first home. Cole was an excellent contact to with with during the homebuying process. He gave me and my fiance all the tools we needed to succeed and was focused on delivering an experience of clarity and honesty. I am fairly young and have not been taken as serious by other lenders when applying for a mortgage but Cole treated me with a respect that I was unable to find anywhere else. Chris was so patient with me, as a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing. My situation was a little different than most and Chris helped make sure I got the best deal possible and undoubtedly saved me money and prevented a lot of stress through out the process! He was available anytime for any questions and did whatever was necessary to get me answers. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone wanting to purchase a home!
