Isaac was fantastic to work with! He answered every question we had without any judgement. There were no stupid questions from his perspective which is very important for first time home buyers, including us. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced ! Steven went ABOVE AND BEYOND countless times working on my loan. He was ALWAYS available and extremely responsive to every question and concern that I had. He completely prepared me for closing and made sure that I always knew what the status of my loan was. I have recommended him already to those that I know and will continue to work with him in future purchases and refinancing.
