Kate came highly recommended by a friend. Finding a lender that was reliable and gave a hoot was difficult to come by but I’m happy we met Kate. We had tried to work with a previous lender that did not explain our options that well to us and Kate was a complete 180. She involved us with every step of the process and gave us so much information to help us make the right decision. We started looking at homes in April and by June we were closing.
