Rude, Hidden 5 dollar Charges that didn't exist b4 Been going here for two years and a couple new bud tenders who knew my ex started working here and make my life hell. A great store that became terrible When first opened, the Libra store and website were great, the selection was wide, deliveries were easy. That has all changed. The new website is dysfunctional and the place is overpriced. A half gram of Kurvana is is $47 at Libra vs $42 in Riverside and a full gram is $85 vs $70 in Riverside. Moreover, the selection is always more limited than elsewhere. WORST EXPERIENCE They never and im mean never have whats supposedly available online, website is never updated, you can ask a employee to check if they have something and they say they ran out instead of showing some FKN effort to help a customer, im a business owner and this is ridiculous, my customers would be pissed if I wouldn't update my website and have the worst costumer service... very unprofessional dispensary and please dont comment with im sorry for this experience you had, management needs to step it Tf up 💯🤷🏻... read more

Horrible place overall The only thing decent here is the aesthetics of the shop. Everything is else is pretty much horrible. Prices are WAY too high here, I wouldn’t be surprised if they had the highest prices in all of California. Not even like they have their own cool brands to hype up, they have what many other shops have but with CRAZY HIGH markups. sugared shatter everytime I bought "shatter" there multiple times only to get saucy crystal goo.i came back inside as I hadn't left the parking lot yet,only to be told "sorry nothing we can do."Not very good customer service,I felt like I was a bother to her...but whatever dozens of shops in the Coachella valley.
