worst shop in the valley i was a usual at libra and i was trying to get some flower as i always do but i forgot my id it has happened to me once and they let me show them my id on my phone this security guard didn't even want to hear what i was saying couldn't even ask for a manager you guys lost a loyal customer
Disappointed Great store and product selection. The flower is about $10 more on average than lighthouse. I got my products home stored them away about 24 hours after purchase to find my heavy hitters pen put in my bag upside down!!! Then I just opened my $65 jar of flower to find the seal broken and a bit gone. I really wanted to support this veteran owned establishment. But difficult when feeling totally screwed. defective cartridges So I bought the most expensive cartridge they have here and the very next day it became defective, I was pretty much drinking the liquid like you sip from a straw instead of vaping. When I came back with my recipe to exchange it they said they couldn't do anything since it was still "hitting". I paid almost $90 for a defective cartridge.

Awful Service It sucks when you like the shop, but the service is terrible and every time the bud tenders make casual conversation, It usually ends with me being hit on. Small talk is one thing, but the one heavy budtender is always flirting and it’s really annoying when you just want to make a purchase. This is NOT the first time he’s done it, but it’s my last ever visiting this shop. I shouldn't feel uncomfortable when going in to purchase meds, especially when I already suffer from anxiety.

Budtenders are idiots and clueless All they do is stand there with no motivation to sell or explain anything shop is good though bit pricey but hey that’s Cali for ya.
