Changing Rules Hi, Ive been going to Libra since day 1 a year and half ago..I enjoy the Location, the prices, the Veteran discounts. Usually the Customer Service is Excellent. What i have a problem with is the inconsistency of the Identification Rules concerning veterans. Disappointed I went recently for the “Customer Appreciation” event with my sister in law. The person that helped me didn’t tell me about a deal they had on vape cartridges and when I found out about it I tried to return the cartridge that I purchased but they don’t do returns or exchanges. I don’t understand why it couldn’t be done and he couldn’t an explanation about it. The customer service was terrible.

I’ve received warnings before and normally I don’t ever have problems coming here, the staff is usually nice friendly but not the girl alina worst attitude ever totally avoided getting the next customer in line again I have gotten a fair warning to look out for her rudeness I’m just disappointed I actually got to witness and be ignored, i will be warning my friends as well!!
