This was one of the best experiences I have had. New to the area, but trying to experience everything. Nothing has left such a profound impact on me. Lifelong learning being their general ideal, the entirety of this structure being focused on sharing that concept with the world, and if you get an informative tour guide getting to see how those things are woven into every brick, stone, or painting, is truly just amazing. Building was absolutely beautiful and is a historical treasure.
The Library of Congress was absolutely amazing experience. I really wished I have utilized this library when I was in school especially for those research papers! I will definitely will be using this source of information in the future! If felt as if I plugged into the matrix of infinite knowledge itself! Very exceptional friendly and knowledgable staff. Amazing Building, unfortunately we visited on a Sunday so the library was closed, will have to visit it again, to see the interior
