Good Work
Everyone I worked with was great. Answered all my questions and was very responsive even when our furnace broke unexpectedly, they were able to increase the loan amount immediately before the close to make sure they could accommodate. Thanks to all.
Liem was very kind and responsive at all hours. I am pleased with the quick turn around of the loan and I am excited to beautify our home even more! :)
Started out crazy but I could never have gotten it done without AL he was a lifesaver even though he had a sick child at home going through all the bank and tax info was to much. That man needs a raise for sure.
The only confusing part for me was the repeated documentation that was sent during the loan processing. I may have submitted documentation several times over, however nothing was interrupted or caused any problems through to the end of the processing
Liem was a pleasure to work with. He was understanding and articulate. He was a large part of making the process so seamless.
