Came here for treatment for spice/K2 brought my Xanax prescription with me was told I could take as prescribed . was lied to they had my Xanax locked up and when I left 38 we're missing out of my bottle they have horrible Google reviews pending lawsuits which I'll be joining now
this place is a joke a whole circus and very unprofessional ms Ann ain't shit she racist as all outdoors some help and it's a whole COVID outbreak
by reimbursing me for the property they lost of mine. I now have to file a police report to make anything happen this is ridiculous
This center is something els ! Try to call and check on my sister since we hadn’t heard from her in days. Got no call back ! She called today and there having a covid out break and if you have it there putting you out ! Which I’d love to know how that helps them ! Do not recommend anyone going here ! It’s been a hell since we got her there !

Drugs all in there! Poor management
My loved one stayed at the Life Center of Galax and was able to skip meetings, leave the premises, use narcotics/opioids on campus. I called the assigned counselor and left SEVERAL messages asking for a returned call- never received one. There is no accountability and no professionalism or commitment to their patients. A truly horrible experience for someone who desperately wanted their loved one to get clean.
