I cannot believe what I’ve experienced in Houston Texas. Westheimer store has a new manager John P****** who does not have any idea how to do his job. My very small storage unit started out at $40 month in two years the rates have increased to now $90 a month. No where in the contract says that they would increase their fees due to availability or need. Is what I was told after they had raised the fees without any notification.. im going yo contact corporate and obtain legal counsel at this point
