I have to say it's the cleanest stoage I've ever seen. The gentleman up front for Frenzy easy to talk to and very very kind and professional. I would recommend Life Storage to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for having a wonderful crew and easy access.

I closed my account 8 days after paying a month ahead. I called to ask for a prorated refund only to be told that they do not give prorated refunds

I just rented a unit at the brand new facility in Tonawanda, NY - both the management and the facility are fabulous - the facility is secure, clean, well-lit, climate controlled, drive-up and easily accessable and perfect for my needs - the management is great to work with and helped me select the perfect size unit - everything was explained in detail with no pressure - I would highly recommend this facility for any storage needs.

Very well run storage facility in Cornelius, North Carolina on Bailey Road. Mark, the store manager has helped me and my family with 6 units and he is is very professional and polite. I enjoy doing business with him. He explains things very clearly and keeps the place very clean and organized.
