Hello, I paid for laser hair removal, with a peeling mask treatment at the end of all my laser hair removal treatments. I supposedly have finished the treatments based on what I was told on my most recent appointment. But no peeling mask have been scheduled, instead the ladies asked me is “I booked my treatment with Jean Marini”. This is bad business, Definitely will NOT recommend lightrx.

The staff turnover at this location is ridiculous. Management has changed multiple times and staff cannot be retained. I’ve been a “guinea pig” for trainers to train new staff countless times. Their record keeping is terrible and they have overcharged me many times. I waited for a refund for over 9 months before they just comped me with additional services- but trying to get onto the schedule to get those services fulfilled is also difficult. Everyone that works at the Creve Couer location are the best! All of them are so sweet and friendly. I have had great results with all my treatments and would highly recommend them to anyone. Devon is my favorite but I don't have 1 negative thing to say about any of the girls. Love them all and look forward to booking some more treatments in the future.

I must praise heartedly Samantha. I had two procedures with her, Micowave and Legacy on my neck. She was profesional and knowledgeable in three ways, first explaining how the procedure works, second describing future results, and finally following up on the excellent results.
