The staff turnover at this location is ridiculous. Management has changed multiple times and staff cannot be retained. I’ve been a “guinea pig” for trainers to train new staff countless times. Their record keeping is terrible and they have overcharged me many times. I waited for a refund for over 9 months before they just comped me with additional services- but trying to get onto the schedule to get those services fulfilled is also difficult. Too expensive for slow results. Would not do it again. The people who work there are great, the Venus products not so great for upper arm lipo.
