Dr Mackler has been an actual angel to me. I have a very difficult and very visible dental issue that is extremely hard to remedy- he has spent over a year working toward the best solution for me, and has been kind compassionate and gentle at every step. If I could buy Dr Mackler something that matches my gratitude I would have to buy him a house and if I could afford it , I would do that - not even kidding! Went in for a tooth extraction consultation. The front desk staff was nice. Dr. Drake was great he explained what was going on with my teeth and explain the importance of oral care. I was able to get my tooth extraction right away. Prices were affordable. The dental hygienist was so sweet and nice she made feel so comfortable and calm. I don't remember her name but I heard the other staff call her Jas/Yaz unsure. Definitely recommend this dental clinic.
I needed an implant with bone grafting. Before finding this dental office, I went to several others. I worried about the outcome: first implant, long multi-visit process, possible complications, tons of money, dealing with insurance, clear communication about out-of-pocket costs, etc. My consultation was with Dr. Harrison Mackler and right away I agreed to proceed. Absolutely amazing. I was very scared of the dentist and I had a consultation then a deep clean with Lauren and she was fantastic. I have to return in 2 weeks and know that I will not have anxiety days before the visit.
I HIGHLY recommend Lincoln Park Dental. The front desk staff is very professional and accommodating. The dental assistants are kind, caring and knowledgeable, which put me at ease, as I was very anxious anticipating the process. Dr. Albert Zickmann is phenomenal! He is very kind, he explained the treatment process and, patiently, addressed all my concerns/ questions. All these factors made a normally unpleasant process easy and comfortable.
