I had great experience seeing colors as real colors! The red, the blue, the green, the white first time in my life. The last two days I am enjoying everything in our garden with so many colors and beautiful! Great feeling and self-esteem up. First time I see my highlighting especially the yellow and the green well clear. My home office have a lot of colors—cataract robbed me from not seeing the so many colors. It is so amazing! 4 hours for a glaucoma check is totally unacceptable. Way to many patients.

I waited one and half hour to see eye doctor. There was no Sears in waiting area. Before this visit the same. Good doctors but will go somewhere else in future.

The employees are RUDE they talk fast to No Understanding!! If u ask a question they get ugly with u!!. The WAIT TIME IS WAY,Way,Way to long!! I waited 2hours and 15mins. Before I was seen!! People in the waiting Room was disgusted with the Service!!! I could not believe it!!PLEASE DO BETTER N THESE 2 categories Please!!!

My husband and I waited over 3 hours for our visit. We were not told why and when asked, no one seemed to know why. It looked like reservations were overbooked even though ours was made 6 months ago. Others were waiting just as long. We have been patients for 5 years and I believe this was the worst appointment we have had.
