I really liked Dr Hyatt but my wait time was a full hour while the process took leds than an hour. This was a first for me. I have been there before and I don’t remember having to wait that long. I noticed that some people that came way after I was there were process before me. I understand I have to wait but for others that came later left before. I still like you guys perhaps don’t over schedule.

Except for the long wait, everything else was fine. My new doctor was very nice and knowledgeable about my issues and she have me information that really helped me to understand what’s happening with my eyes.

I have been a patient for four years. The staff is always very nice. I have had excellent care. But I have always had a terribly long wait time, usually about 45 minutes just to get something started. Today I waiting 90 minutes just to get my pressure checked. Then I had to wait to see the doctor. I was there for a total of 3 hours. I want to be understanding due to staff shortage but I believe my time is valuable as well. I think scheduling too many patients has always been a BIG problem.
