"Nice service folks" Let’s face it. No one really like to go get their cars serviced. But it was relatively quick and painless. And of course I will be back.
"Unbelievably Patient" I was in the market for an electric vehicle, from everything I had read, the Leaf was the one to buy. I test drove one in March and didn't buy until the end of June! Steve was patient and answered all of my and my husband's questions, never once pushing us to buy before we were ready. Once we were ready to purchase, he made sure we got what we wanted. Super happy with the car and the dealership! James was equally helpful and kind, a great team!
"Not to pushy " I had a great experience without too much push from your salesman. It was probably my best car buying experience I just wish I would've known I could've requested add ons to my vehicle such as a bed extender for example which I would've been willing to add to my total package but oh well it's over now and I'm happy but still need to buy a bed extender after market now.
"Confidence" Fast, friendly, capable service on my vehicle...which has no dedicated dealer locally. My prior experience in servicing a Maxima prompted my loyalty to Lithia.
"top notch" jj and his staff are professional efficient courteous and trustworthy......they are the only guys for me and my nissan......always well taken care of at the facility....thanks and keep up the excellent service!!!!
"purchased a new rogue" Didn't go there to buy one that day, but was very interested in looking and driving the new Rogue. It pretty much had everything we wanted. The salesman was very polite and low keyed with no pressure to buy that day.
"Wonderful " As alway excellent friendly service I got there at 3:30 and was done by 4:15 thanks for the great service and wonderful smiles
"Lease return and re-lease" Excellent experience. Reason for the business is a little misleading. Sales was good, financing was honest and transparent. I’m not a fan of having to initiate a valuation of the old lease vehicle.
"BEST SERVICE OF MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT" I would like to thank the person who always taking care my Pathfinder car model 2013. I really appreciate the way he taking care my car. Lithia Nissan is the best for me..
