"I drive from Albany because I trust them" Cord st the service desk is a good guy to deal with. I have been to the Nisan service department that’s closer to my home but I found that they don’t do enough volume there to have a deep enough working knowledge to know any little quirks that come up with my vehicle. "So happy for my new Nissan Rogue" John was a great salesman. Jordan was great with the financing part. Another unknown salesman told me about an app to learn about the unknowns that come up with our new vehicle. (that's all the time i have to elaborate)
"2018 LEAF" I appreciated the easy no-nonsense lease of a 2018 LEAF. Steve took me on a few test drives and helped me negotiate the electric specialties of the LEAF.
"Always great" With one exception I live out side of Eugene and Springfield and ride service is not available. Cost me $45.00 to pick up my vechicale. And there never seems to be a loaner car available.
"Love Lithia " Every time I come in for service everyone is always very nice and keep me in the know of what's going on with me car. I have referred several workmates and friends to purchase their cars from Lithia and when I am able to I myself will be purchasing another car from Lithia as well
