I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan from these guys for a good price. On the 2.5 hour drive home, I lost a panel. Despite the fact I had not purchased a warranty, they treated me well and fixed the problem by sending me to a closer location (Lithia Walnut Creek).. Top rate. Good Job.

Overall, I had a good experience and got a fair (not great, not terrible) deal on a certified used SUV. They stayed true to their word and fixed a few issues after purchase -- but I was persistent (to the point of being obnoxious) to ensure they were done. My one major gripe is the $1,000 GPS "security" system they add to all their cars. There is no way to opt-out since it's already installed.
