I had great service. But I was a bit confused about where to check in. There was a door to a little room that said “reception” or something like that. But nobody was inside. And later on when I was there to pick up my car there was someone inside but the door was locked. So I had to go find someone to help me get my car checked in and out. But other than that, the service was excellent.

The folks at Lithia Nissan of Fresno are great. Tanner was the person that helped me. Tanner is super friendly and easy to talk to. I feel I can ask him anything about my car and he won't make me feel like I asked a dumb question. I am so glad he is back. Keep up the great work Tanner!
I bought my car brand new from Lithia Nissan of Fresno. Never had an issue with the car itself. I’ve had the car since 2018. However I think the service ( car maintenance) has gone down over the years. Usually they go over with me about recommendations. Last 2 times they have rushed me out. Basically they just hand me my keys and throw me out. I would appreciate some feedback on any recommendations they have that my car would need. At the end of the day they are the professionals.
The staff is friendly. The service member tells you what’s wrong with your car what it needs.
