Yes, recommending Lithia Fresno location means everyone involved in the process will find a way to manage your service with expertise and promptness. I could not get away from work during their regular business hours - so I had to rely on the old fashion way of communicating by calling the receptionist and then being transferred to the service department. Easy to book appt. Great communicaion with service technician Jason and mechanic Steffan! Very much appreciate their ability to be able to service and repair my 23 year old vehicle.
