Brandon was very friendly and helpful. We came in for an oil leak, brakes making noise and oil change. He quoted me a price to look at the brakes. He called and said the car need a new oil filer and brakes were dirty. After replacing the oil filter and cleaning the brakes we were only charged for the oil change. I was pleasantly surprised that I was only charged for an oil charge. Very honest and reliable service center.
I had a great experience from beginning to end and will be back and recommend my friends and family. They were friendly, nice and professional. I was in and out in a couple of hours, they very respectful of my time.
Great Staff, very thoughtful and competent, my Service visit only took about an hour and the Staff provided assurance that they would conform their activities to my schedule.
My family and I have purchased a total of 3 cars from Lithia over the years. I have been completely satisfied with the experience each time. My last purchase was at Lithia Nissan and I couldn't be happier. My sales rep is amazing! I have used him twice now and he knows what I want and helps me get it! The finance department also worked amazingly hard to make my purchase happen! Thank you guys for all your hard work!
The service writer was excellent at being attentive. He knew what needed to be done and didn't attempt to sell me more than I needed. Working with customers myself, I know customers need to know the truth and not to be ripped off by being shoved work that "needs to be done" and its all for the money. Best writer so far, Brandon Panduckt (please excuse me if I misspelled his last name.).
The service advisor Jason was wonderful. I was a little frustrated with my car troubles, but he was able to explain to me the process and what to expect, making things easier to understand. I felt he was knowledgeable, and trustworthy, which put me at ease.
Brandon very persoable, friendly and energetic. Rob the mechanic very thurogh and because of this, his insight to troubleshooting my vehicles problem has saved me from problems in the future. Although, repairs at a dealership are exspesive, I would recommend this one. The customer service helped compesaite for the cost.
I was treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. I did not feel pressured into a decision. This was my second purchase on 2 years. I will purchase again in the future.
I was happy with the product specialist, Tevin Ivy. He never pressured and I was comfortable with information he provided me with. I came to dealership and he allowed me to experience the car before trying to pressure me into making a purchase. It helps when a person is not continuously pushing you to make a purchase.
