It was pleasant and courteous, the service agent stated that my vehicle was running good. In the past I received a list of possible maintenance required not this time.
My husband and I had a great experience buying our first brand new truck. We were helped by a very nice group of employees who made this experience better than we expected.
It was great like always for me. I didn't even have an appointment this time but they were still able to fit me in and get me out in an hour and half.
We love Joe! We have had others help us but by far Joe is the best. He is a people person and he is always friendly with myself and my husband. He answers all our questions and the one time there was a mistake (not his fault) he made sure to address it and fix it. This past experience everything went smoothly and was very timely. Everything was changed and fixed and my car runs perfectly! Thanks to Joe and the mechanics at Lithia!

Everyone we dealt with (salesman, sales manager, and finance) was courteous, friendly (they laughed at my stupid jokes), and listened to us. We were able to agree on a price that we could afford for the vehicle we wanted in reasonable time. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Oh, and the vehicle is really nice too.
We told the sales man Felipe exactly what we wanted, and he did everything in his power to get exactly what we wanted, and then some. He was very attentative to our needs as well as our limitations and made our purchase experience very pleasant and unstressfull. Overall completley satisfied and would purchase another car here!

Brandon was very friendly and helpful, he knows his product extremely well and he was able to explain every single question I had in English & Spanish!. I spent most of the day at the dealer purchasing a Rogue and they offered me thousands of cups of coffee and water, the manager was very helpful too. I really recommend this location.
