Very timely and very friendly! . I had to get back to work, so they gave me a ride back to work and even picked me up when my car was ready. I will most definitely return.
I really like the communication via text knowing where they are and about how long I will be waiting for my car, regardless if I'm waiting in the lounge or running errands.
I recently took my 2007 Altima Hybrid to Lithia of Fresno for an oil change and inspection; I was greeted very warmly by my service advisor Jason. He quickly completed the necessary paper work listing all of my concerns about my car. Jason keep me advised about the status of my service via texts, as I waited in the service lounge. After my service work was complete, Jason explained what was done, and I was charged much less that what I expected to pay for the work performed. Great job, and I will return.
I spoke to Jason Johnson on a Friday afternoon, We both decided that it would be better to set an appointment for 9:00 am on the following Monday. I got their at 8:30, and we were checked in right away, and my car was taken to the mechanic. By 10:45am Jason advised me that the Tech. had test drove my car, plugged it into their computer, and had the problem diagnosed. He also let me know that the Tech. would have my car ready shortly.
