I wish you would switch shipping to UPS. FedEx is never before 10:30 like they are supposed to be.
My purchase experience was easy and had no issues. The fish were in stock and delivered on time. They looked sickly and not colorful. After a couple of days their color was much better. Now most of the fish have died. The fish that were in the tank already are still doing well.
I have had great experiences with online shopping in all aspects.

Was easy to navigate website and prices were pretty reasonable. Has always came healthy
First time purchase, we will see when the items arrive and the quality before making judgement.
