The site looks old, but very effective still. Not exactly the most mobile-friendly site, but you can make it work. I got reccommended this site by a friend because i had trouble finding stock of some fish. Hope to see how it all goes with my first purchase!
My experience today was great. The brands of fish food that I (my fish and tank) prefer are back in stock. The checkout process is now trouble-free. I have always liked this website, there was just a time period where the krill and bloodworms were not available, and then there was a brand that was not of good quality. Regardless of any situation, customer service has always been the best of nearly if not all companies I have ever contacted.
Great company
It took a long time to ship and only 17 of the 20 packs were sent. Nothing was said about it being a partial order until I called about it. It did arrive in perfect condition though, well packaged with plenty of ice pacs.
