I am disappointed with the lack of communication about shipping information. I received the coral I ordered, but the fish have not arrived yet. There was no contact about the shipment so it came unexpectedly. I have no idea when or if the fish will arrive. Very frustrating. I know Weekend delivery is not available but an email would be appreciated about the shipping status.
Delivery delayed. Had to call twice to deliver fish that were avalable. The two that arrived were differerent from what i was told
Ordered online during cyber Monday deal. Did not receive one of the items I purchased, but was refunded. Was not marked as not in stock upon purchase. Followed instructions for acclimating and unfortunately lost 3 snails. Overall happy with purchase but wish there was communication about product that was not in stock.
This site is well organized and makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. I am very pleased with the variety of fish that are available and find the pricing through this venue to be extremely reasonable.
