Adrian was great to work with, showed me a number of properties that were available and then did everything I asked him to do to help me get moved in and unloaded, highly recommend! Pam was very helpful as well and has been great getting a couple of small maintenance issues resolved for me. Paying rent online is very convenient.
@tylerclark is the best agent there is. Always willing to work with you on everything. He will fight on your behalf when times are tough. He gets the job done, and excellently. Highly recommend going through him for any and all of your home buying/rental needs!
They do respond to maintenance requests quickly and even help with other problems beyond that. I highly recommend them!!

This is my first time to rent from Location Rentals and I have to say that I am very pleased. The property is nice and there is a maintenance issue LR is quick to respond and have it fixed. The online portal makes it very convenient to pay rent or to report a maintenance request.
