This is a situation where you have to trust your agent and rental agency 100%! They become the parents with communication, reliability and understanding. A+ Extremely pleased so far. My realtor Tyler is quick to respond to any questions. One repair needed.. I reported the problem and they fixed in less than 24 hours. House is immaculate. Highly recommend you call Tyler if you're looking to lease.

I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head. And each of this hurt my credit score badly it was at 450 and when I contacted Experian even with my loan cleared it could hurt my account for up to a decade, this got me scared.
