After moving our portfolio to Location Rentals from another PM, we could not be any happier - we definitely made the right decision. Location Rentals uses technology which makes it easy for out-of-town owners to stay up to date with statuses of the properties, disbursements, and contributions.
I just love them... no matter the time or day if something is wrong they fix it asap... I have had friends who have waited weeks or even months before their landlord fixes a item... I am beyond grateful that I rent from them!!! and mad love to my property manager who works with me on everything and is awesome!!!!
