Lockhart Cadillac of Greenwood was the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. I felt mislead, talked down to, ignored and then dismissed by "Kyle" (the manager). I have not even gone to the bmv to get my plates, and already I cannot wait to get rid of this 2026 CT5!

I scheduled my car to be picked up for service in the morning of my only day off since I work 60 hours a week. I figured I could catch on sleep on my day off after working 14 days with no day off so it seemed like a good option instead of waiting at the dealership.
