The Debora lady in service is terrible. If you are going to charge a person $1000 for a minor repair, I would recommend fixing everything that the customer asks you to fix. Not pretend like you were never told.

Bought a used car. Immediately had problems. Salesman told us someone would get back with us. I had to call back several times. 2 small issues were eventually handled after much effort on my part. Major issue not taken care of.

They gave me a verbal quote for $610 to replace my drivers window . I asked them to email me a written quote the same day and it was $750. I got 2 other quotes, one was $180 and the other was $215. I expect to pay more at a dealership, but not 4 times more. My next Car will not be purchased from Lockhart.

Our car sat at this dealer for almost 3 weeks and we got it back in worse condition. and were told it's our responsibility to pay for the shattered screen that happened there. I cant believe how bad their quality is. We will never buy a Cadillac again and we have easily convinced many people not to buy one either and will continue to do so. And not to mention, no one has returned our calls since this happened. Terrible place and car.

Emailed the following to General Manager, Jason Derringer, on Wednesday, April 3. As of today, Sunday, April 14, he has not replied to my email, nor has he tried to contact my husband or me. Actions speak louder than words. This truly shows how this dealership treats their customers. BUYER BEWARE! My husband, son, and I traveled from Bloomington to visit your Greenwood dealership on Saturday, March 30. Worst Service on my Cadillac ever. I have referred several people to Lockhart in the past but never again. We have never been treated so rudely. I could go on and on.
