Our car sat at this dealer for almost 3 weeks and we got it back in worse condition. and were told it's our responsibility to pay for the shattered screen that happened there. I cant believe how bad their quality is. We will never buy a Cadillac again and we have easily convinced many people not to buy one either and will continue to do so. And not to mention, no one has returned our calls since this happened. Terrible place and car.

Emailed the following to General Manager, Jason Derringer, on Wednesday, April 3. As of today, Sunday, April 14, he has not replied to my email, nor has he tried to contact my husband or me. Actions speak louder than words. This truly shows how this dealership treats their customers. BUYER BEWARE! Worst Service on my Cadillac ever. I have referred several people to Lockhart in the past but never again. We have never been treated so rudely. I could go on and on.

The only reason they got one star is because zero stars is not an option. I was warned to stay away from the Greenwood location and bought my first 2016 Cadillac at the Fishers location. During a service call she was convinced to buy a car from them. Because the computer needed to be upgraded on my first I asked it to remain with the dealer to ensure it was all current. I was very clear that we needed the car on Monday morning because my 73 year old wife wanted to take the car to the LAST family reunion in Louisville KY.. ... read more
