Shelby was very gentle and kind. It was a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned by her! Good job! The office staff and Dr. TJ are always very helpful and understanding. I will recommend this office to everyone!
My first trip to Loftus was awesome. Even in short notice they found a way to take care of my needs and get me on to my vacation. Still on my vacation and my plate is hanging in there. Very nice folks, that cared about their clientele ! It seemed to me to be very streamlined and efficient from the reception desk, to my grandsons trip to the Dental chair. Staff was professional and polite. Felt they were a bit rushed, but I'm sure that had to do with the fact that there is a lot of clientele. That speaks well of Loftus ! They worked extremely hard in completing a very tenacious exam and fitting. I felt he was in good hands, with people that did care. Respectful, gentle, professional Dr. Jay & the tech (sorry I don’t remember her name) were gentle, respectful, caring, & professional. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. Highly recommend them.
Loftus Dental people are the best! The financial lady to Dr. Jay and Dr. Loftus! Always friendly. Always helpful especially for us on "fixed" incomes! Dr. Jay is the best dentist, as well as Dr. Loftus...always supporting the Christian Radio and Hills Alive...THAT IS THE PRIMARY REASON I AM YOUR PATIENT! God Bless all of you at the Loftus Sturgis Clinic...My husband liked it too! (And he is picky!)
