My experience overall was very good. However, I called first to find out how to have chipped keys replaced, and was told to come in anytime, which I did. Assuming this would be a parts purchase I waiting in line at that counter for a number of minutes until someone finally was available to help. When I told them why I was there, he redirected me that the service dept. where I had to wait for a service rep to assist. Once I was dealing with Raelene, she was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The truck I bought was the 4th vehicle I've bought off of you and found the whole experience to have been a bit to pushy and fast paced on the most part. I hardly had time to think of the numbers that were presented before new revised ones were presented. Almost felt like a shell game with numbers hidden into the payments instead of the numbers broken down for me. Really good service.
In the begining I had some issues and decided do not buy a car there anymore however Matt and Stefane called me and make bad experience became a good experience. I am happy that I was able to buy my car and I will recommend Londonderry dealership to my Friends and Family. Thank you Stefane and Matt. You guys rock!!!
