Would have given a higher rating had I not had to return to service department, since I wasnt given all the paperwork I should have. And time it took, when I had an appointment, and was waiting for it, was not acceptable to me.

I had considerable mechanical problems that took done time to diagnose & eventually repair. Throughout, Lucy was very helpful & accomodating. I also met with the Service Manager who was prepared to rectify the on-going problem. Although it was a long process, was extremely pleased with Londonderry & in particular Lucy & the Manager. Unfortunately I can’t recall his name.
