I find the service very accommodating . They take the vehicle in right on appointment time. They assess what is required and inform me of what parts are needed and total cost. I like this kind of service.

Been dealing with londonderry now for 5 years, first helped me with a truck purchase after being conned by another dealer .Ken vaters is the absolute best sales man out there always there to help his customers with any need you may have , service is really good for the most part and the gm mitch is awesome .
Came back again for leaks. Matt took the time to shampoo the engine and find the leak and fixed it. Jamie and Matt were as friendly and helpful as always.
Sales staff very friendly and easy to deal with. A few glitches with the delivery of both new vehicles we just purchased. Predelivery inspection could be better, but problems were corrected. Overall happy with Londonderry.
Service rep I dealt it was very good
The initial conversation with Jamie (sp) was good, there was some discussion about work to be performed. I was told the vehicle would take longer and was provided a ride back to St Albert. When the inspection indicated there would be more work required Jamie made arrangements for a rental vehicle and had your driver provide a pickup to the rental agency. The service needed was explained as well as the options available to me
Nike C was a very nice person to talk to. He listened to what I was looking for. Nike helped set up my phone to the counsel in the jeep. It was fast I didn't have to sit around until paper work got done. No tried to sell me extra that I didn't need. I would tell other people about the dealership.
